Nick got back to me immediately and came out to give me (what I felt was a very reasonable) estimate the same day; he was able to come back with a worker to complete the job in less than a week (during a two week heat wave, when he was in great demand), and it was completed in a timely manner (and…..he did not charge me one penny more than his estimate!).
